A boutique development of a 12 unit apartment block located in the Chatswood CBD and close to mass transit options, the project takes advantage of its proximity to both urbanity and public parkland.
Utz Sanby Architects brings the scaling and sensibility of the detached house to apartment living with oversized balconies and pioneering use of two level apartments. This philosophy is carried through to the design of private outdoor “backyards” for the ground floor apartments.
As the developer & investor, this is a rare early instance of the implementation of a ‘build-to-rent’ model, well before it entered the public lexicon.
